Credits are based on task complexity. Simple tasks cost less, complex tasks cost more.

How do credits work?
Credits are consumed when you submit requests. Simple tasks (like scheduling) cost 1 credit. Complex tasks (like a full marketing campaign) cost up to 50 credits. Our AI estimates the cost before you confirm, so there are never surprises.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional credit packs at any time. We'll also send you a notification when you're running low. Any unused credits from your monthly plan roll over for one billing cycle.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll get access to the new plan immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's included in the free trial?
You get 14 days of full access to the Growth plan features, including 20 trial credits. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan to continue.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied with a deliverable, you can request a revision at no extra cost. If we can't meet your standards, we'll refund the credits for that request. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
